Our Client’s vision is “to be a successful business that protects the environment and public health through the provision of sustainable water services to the communities we serve”

The Client’s Services Division is a key provider of a range of critical services to other divisions within the Client and the regional community in the areas of water, waste water, stormwater and recycled water infrastructure maintenance.

These services include Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance (including emergency response), Asset Creation (construction and renewal of assets), Contractor Management and Tankering.

In order to achieve competitiveness in the delivery of maintenance services, our Client proposed to procure and implement a $21M wireless-based real-time solution for field production-based personnel across the Civil Maintenance and the Mechanical Electrical Maintenance businesses.

postit-work-hardhat(w).gifWe were engaged as Architects for the end-to-end mobile solution architecture and design. A key deliverable was the RFT technical specifications and schedules.

Subsequent to a successful RFT we were heavily involved in the 2 year design, build and rollout to 400 field crews.

  • Responsible, as technical authority, for the end-to-end solution architecture and design.
  • Providing leadership to the development teams on the detailed design and development.
  • Acting as a focal point for key design decisions and for resolving conflicts between development teams.
